Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to footbet.africa (the “Site”) published by [to be completed] (the “Publisher”). They are made available under article 16 of Law No. 2014-024 on electronic transactions. Using the Site means accepting the terms in force.

2. Information only

The Site is a free sports information service: scores, results, standings, fixtures, statistics, computed probabilities and news.

The Site is not a gambling operator. It accepts no bets, holds no player accounts, and neither receives stakes nor pays winnings. Any bet is placed solely on the operator’s own site, under that operator’s terms and responsibility.

3. Minimum age

The Site is intended for adults. Gambling is forbidden to minors; in Madagascar the legal gambling age is 21 (Decree No. 2026-472 of 5 February 2026, art. 23). Each user must comply with the law of the country they connect from.

4. Accuracy of data

Scores, line-ups, standings and odds come from third-party sources and are refreshed several times a day, not in real time. They may be incomplete, late or wrong. Only official information from competition organisers and operators is authoritative.

Odds shown are those collected at the time stated and may have changed at the operator.

5. Probabilities and predictions are not advice

Published probabilities and “predictions” are statistical estimates computed from past results. They are not advice, not a recommendation to bet, and not a promise of winnings. No sporting result is certain. Users alone are responsible for their decisions and should never stake more than they can afford to lose.

6. Affiliate and external links

Some links to betting operators are affiliate links: the Publisher may be paid when a user signs up or plays after following one, at no extra cost to the user. This does not influence the statistics or probabilities published.

The Publisher does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, offers or practices. Before playing, check that the operator is licensed in your country and read its terms.

7. Use of the Site

Users must not:

• access or attempt to access the Site or its servers fraudulently, disrupt it or alter its data (offences under Law No. 2014-006 on cybercrime);
• systematically or automatically extract the Site’s content or data without written permission;
• use the Site for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, layout, calculations, illustrations, the “SCORE GASY” brand) belongs to the Publisher or its partners. Short quotes with a link to the original page are allowed; anything else requires written permission.

9. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. The Publisher tries to keep it available but guarantees neither permanent availability nor absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for losses, financial or otherwise, arising from the use of published information or from a bet placed with an operator.

11. Changes

The Publisher may change these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published on this page, with its update date.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Malagasy law. Failing an amicable settlement sought first with the Publisher, the competent courts of Antananarivo have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
