Responsible gambling

SCORE GASY publishes statistics and probabilities. We take no bets. But some of our readers bet, and we want that to cost them neither their health, their family nor their money.

Not for minors

Gambling is forbidden to minors. In Madagascar the legal gambling age is 21 (Decree No. 2026-472 of 5 February 2026, art. 23).

What to know

  • In the long run the operator wins: its margin is built into every price.
  • A 70% probability means the other outcome happens three times in ten. There is no “sure tip”.
  • Betting is not a way to earn money or pay off debt.

Warning signs

  • You stake more than planned, or more and more often.
  • You try to win back what you lost.
  • You borrow, sell belongings or use household money (food, rent, school) to play.
  • You lie to family about the time or money you spend gambling.
  • Gambling makes you irritable or anxious, or keeps you from sleeping or working.

Staying in control

  • Set in advance a budget you can afford to lose, and stop when it is gone.
  • Never play with borrowed money or money for essentials.
  • Set a time limit, take breaks, don’t play when drinking or angry.
  • Use your operator’s tools: deposit limits, stake limits, time-outs, self-exclusion.
  • Talk to someone you trust.

Where to get help
