The Barea Ladies have finished several weeks of intensive training camp in Carion. The team now begins the crucial phase of the second round of the qualifiers for the 2028 Olympics.

The first leg was initially scheduled to be played in Madagascar. Because the Mahamasina stadium was not approved, the match has been relocated. The players will therefore have to travel to face the South Africans.

The technical staff remains confident after this camp. The players were able to fine-tune their coordination and physical condition. The second leg will be played in South Africa.

The Barea Ladies aim for a historic qualification for the Olympic Games. The double confrontation against South Africa promises to be decisive.
