Farid Benstiti has unveiled a 26-player list for the African qualifiers of the 2028 Olympic Games. Five new faces appear.

Nesrine Bahlouli (23 years old, Al-Nassr), former French U23 international, has been called up after opting for Algeria. She is one of the five newcomers on the list.

The coach also called up dual nationals playing for Olympique de Marseille and RC Lens. These players strengthen the squad ahead of the qualifying tournament.

Algeria women aim for a historic qualification for the Los Angeles Olympics. The first round of qualifiers will start soon.
